I've actually taken new photos since your comment. I took the originals at night, so they never came out so great. I don't think I paint particularly fast, I just choose what areas to skimp on, and what areas to go to town on ;)
When shall we see a new unit from you? (pressure pressure)
Well, school just broke up for the summer holidays, so I hope that I'll be able to finish off the archers I'm painting at the moment in the next couple of days. Some mounted knights after them, I reckon.
Good old plain white paper, as in the kind you put in your printer. When it was painted, I glued both halves together, starting with the end, and left the very last part unglued (i.e. the part that goes over the pole)

You paint so quickly! Or maybe I just paint slowly. Anyway, nice work as ever.

Very nicely painted. I love the way multiple figures look like on a single base. They are like tiny dioramas!
I'm putting together elements for some Dark Age DBA armies. I might not actually play with them, but it will be fun to paint them!
Loving the flag - what did you use as a material?

Can I ask what the grey rocks on your bases are made of? Silly question but on some stands, it looks like it might be bark.
I'm ordering Impetus shortly and have greatly enjoyed your projects and AARs. I'm looking forward to trying these rules shortly. Thanks!
